Seven Months Old!

I love this picture. Look at the string of drool streaming down his little chest. Can't you just hear him gabbing at me. "Babababababa."

Ya, I know this post is a little late. We went down to Tennessee for one of my nephew's birthday and I just couldn't find my camera when we got back home. Thankfully, I found it before the Holiday! So, Neddy-bear turned seven months old on the 25th of March, of course I had to take some naked pics. He's such a ham. He can roll and army crawl backwards but that's about it. He is extremely social. So happy all the time. We did start teething this month though, so there are some little wines here and there. Two teethe broke through and there are about four more fighting their way to the surface. Ned's got some crazy big thighes! His sleepers are so tight, I'm afraid they're cutting off his circulation! We've finally opened the 24 mo bin of clothes. They're super long on him, but at least some blood can get down to his toes at night!

Dale thought he'd try some April Fools this year! He put this squishing, wiggily roach in my cereal box. I saw it when I opened the box. It was so big, I knew it had to be a joke. When I started to stick my hand in to get it, it started to wiggle. EEaakk. I called Dale up and demanded he tell me that it was fake before I dared get it out of the box.

I didn't notice but Jimmy had come up behind me as I started to poor the roach and cereal out into a bowl. (Too scared to stick my hand in there any more.) It plunked down onto the edge of the bowl with it's little legs and antennae jiggling. Jimmy screamed, fell on his butt, and started crying.

It took a while for me to convince him that it was fake, but he finally touched it.



I asked Jimmy if he wanted to go to Lola'[s (grandma's) house and put it in her cereal box. His reply was "No, Mommy that's mean."

So, I snuck it over to the grandparent's house that morning and put it in her cereal box without Jimmy catching me. It took her a while, but she finally yelled at me this weekend for it.
